A. Return Policy

 

(i) Shipzers does not offer return of any Product once the Product has been delivered and the packaging of the Product is opened by the user.  

(ii) In case of a manufacturing defect or a dead unit, a user may raise a replacement request within 7 (seven) days of the delivery of the order by writing to us at customercare@shipzers.com. The user must mention the Order ID, describe the issue and provide the images of the defective product to process the replacement.

(iii) Once the return request is accepted, a return pick-up will be arranged by Shipzers.

(iv) Shipzers’ service centre will physically examine the Product. Post assessment the Product may be certified as defective. In that case, a fresh Product will be dispatched to the user within 7 (seven) days of the receipt of the defective Product.

(v) If after the post physical examination of the damaged Product no issue is found, same unit will be dispatched.

(vi) If a replacement request is raised post 7 (seven) days of the delivery but within the warranty period, the Product will be replaced with an equivalent condition Product, post testing.

(vii) In case of a Product replacement within the warranty period, if the Product is out of stock (color/variant), an alternate Product with equivalent price will be offered and warranty will continue as per the previous product purchase date.

 

B. Damaged Product arrived/Wrong product received/Accessories Missing

 

(i) If the packaging of your order seems to have been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to take the order and raise a ticket by writing to us at customercare@shipzers.com. The user must mention the Order ID, describe the issue and provide the images of the damaged packaging to process the replacement.

(ii) If the outer packaging is fine but the Product inside the packaging is damaged, wrongProduct is delivered or one or more accessories is missing on delivery, please raise a complaint within 3 (three) days from the time of delivery by sending an us an email at customercare@shipzers.com. The user must mention the Order ID, describe the issue and provide the images of the defective product to process the replacement.

(iii) In case of delivery of wrong Product, the request will be considered only if the Product delivered is different from the model ordered. Under no circumstances a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look and feel or minor differences in shades, color or sound quality.

 

C. Warranty Policy

 

(i) All Products and accessories of Shipzers come with a warranty of 1 (one) year and accessories with a warranty for a period of 3 (three) months.

(ii) Free door-to-door services are provided throughout the warranty period from the date of purchase.

(iii) Warranty is limited to the first purchaser of the Products and is non- transferable.  

(iv) The services related to warranty are limited to replacement or repair of the Product at the sole discretion of Shipzers.

(v) Within 15 (fifteen) days of the receipt of the order or date of the invoice, the user will be required to register for warranty at www.shipzers.com. User will be required to submit the proof of purchase in the form of invoice (irrespective of the sales channel) at the time of registering for warranty for availing warranty services.

(vi) Upon facing any technical difficulty or non-performance of the Product, the user must raise a request by writing to us at customercare@shipzers.com. The user must mention the Order ID, describe the issue and provide the images of the defective product.

(vii) Withing 72 (seventy-two) hours of the receipt of the warranty claim, the technicians of Shipzers will reach out to the user to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved over a call or an e-mail, we will arrange to pick up the Product from your address, for repair or replacement. In case of non-availability of a reverse pick-up facility at your location, Shipzers will request you to self-ship the Product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with Shipzers customer service team. When a user self-ships the Product, the cost must be incurred by the user. Shipzers will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit if customer self-ship your Product to us.

(viii) While Shipzers will make every effort to carry out the repair at the earliest, the time period will depend on the nature of the technical issue.

(ix) Warranty coverage will be limited only to provide rectifications and repairs of the reported concern. In case, a replacement is given, the replaced Product will be in the equivalent condition only, in terms of looks and durability, with or without accessories and packaging.

Standard exclusions to Warranty:

(i) Product not used as per the instructions given under the manual provided along with the Product;

(ii) Any damage to the Product;

(iii) Customer abuse or misuse;

(iv) Repair by unauthorized persons;

(v) Product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage;

(vi) Spillage of any kind of liquid on the Product;

(vii) Non-usage of specified charger;

(viii) Product damaged due to power outage or fluctuation;

(ix) Product subjected to extreme temperatures, pressure or humidity;

(x) Wear and tear that occurs due to regular usage of the Product.

Shipzers shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or resulting liabilities, claims, damages or loss to the property or life, injuries, or the loss of any kind of personal data as a result of any direct or indirect defects in its Products.  

Shipzers shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of our Products nor will be able to provide any repairs or replacement for such issues.  

A. Out of Warranty repairs

If a Product that is out of warranty and the user faces a technical issue or such issue is not covered under warranty, the user may avail technical support services of Shipzers at an additional cost to be intimated by Shipzers before providing any out of warranty services.
